Brendan Collins
Brendan Collins enrolled in culinary school at age 15 and learned French cuisine at some of London’s finest restaurants. He moved to L.A. to serve as chef de cuisine at Mélisse and later opened Anisette Brasserie with Alain Giraud. As executive chef and proprietor at Waterloo & City, a welcoming gastropub in Culver City, this Brit demonstrates incredible French technique without the fuss.
